The event aims to promote local and more generally Trentino products, among which the flour from Storo plays a central role.
On the evening of Saturday, October 4, starting at 6:00 PM at the Cooperativa Agri ’90 there will be a technical conference titled “The Future of Young People in Agriculture.” At 7:30 PM there will be a welcome dinner featuring polenta.
On Sunday, October 5, the heart of the event, there will be the opportunity from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM to taste 6 different types of polenta, prepared by various local “Polenter” associations.
During the event, there will also be the opportunity to taste and purchase other products made by local producers. New for 2025 is the ability to purchase the competing polentas as a unique dish.
At the end of the event, there will be the election of the best polenta of the edition, voted on by both a technical jury made up of chefs and food and wine journalists, as well as the “popular” jury, made up of all event participants, and the new jury "of the polenters".
