Wake up in the snow: neuro-muscular activation with cross-country skiing Start your day with an experience that combines conscious movement, nature and wellbeing.

Meet at 7:00 am at the Madonna di Campiglio Cross-Country Ski Centre in Campo Carlo Magno. Through simple cross-country skiing exercises aimed at neuro-muscular activation, you will be able to:

  • awaken your body and mind in harmony with the rhythm of nature
  • prepare your muscles for effective, safe and fluid activity
  • improve your coordination and body awareness
  • regenerate yourself with the energy of the mountains and the freshness of pure air

This is followed by an introductory cross-country skiing lesson at the ski school, ideal for taking your first steps in complete safety or for refining your technique. At 8.30 a.m., return to the restaurant to enjoy a hearty and wholesome “cross-country skier's breakfast”, designed to restore energy and flavour after outdoor activity.
