IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A REFUND IN CASE OF WRONG RESERVATION OR NOT
USED SERVICE?
No, at the moment there is no refund.
All booking and payment systems have been structured in the most linear and simple way possible, to minimise the possibility of error.
WHO CAN I CONTACT TO CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF PARKING?
It is possible to contact the Adamello Brenta Natural Park directly, by email at mobility@pnab.it or by calling the dedicated telephone number 0465 806666 during the times indicated.
WHEN BOOKING FOR A SINGLE DATE, DO I ALSO HAVE TO ENTER THE TIME OF THE PARKING OR THE DURATION OF THE PARKING?
No, the Park’s car parks all have a daily or multi-day fee, so it is not necessary to enter the time of arrival of the vehicle. The place will still be reserved.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE A CAR PARK RESERVATION?
Yes, you can change your booking.
The change can be made directly by the user within 7 days prior to the date of validity of the ticket.
The Park can be contacted through the mail mobility@pnab.it or by calling the dedicated call center.
ARE THERE ANY FEES WHEN YOU PURCHASE YOUR PARKING SPACE ONLINE?
All online payments will be made through the PagoPA platform, and fees may be applied whose amount can vary depending on the payment method and bank.
ARE THERE ANY BENEFITS FOR FULL ELECTRIC CARS?
Yes, fully electric cars will have free access to the parking lot, they will be recognized for the possibility of free online purchase or access without paying any ticket.
DO DISABLED PEOPLE HAVE TO BOOK?
People with disabilities do not need to make a reservation. Vehicles with a clearly visible disabled badge can access all the parking lots of the Park free of charge (subject to availability). There are also some dedicated stalls. Once you arrive on site, our staff will provide the necessary instructions for proper routing.
ARE THERE SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR THE PARK’S PARKING?
Yes, the subscription has a cost of € 25,00, gives the right to 5 tickets and can be purchased ONLY ONLINE. The subscription can only be used upon reservation.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE A BOOKING FOR A MOBILITY SERVICE?
Yes, you can change your booking.
The change can only be made by the Tourism Company and not by the user.

I HAVE PURCHASED THE PARKING SPACE ONLINE, HOW CAN I RESERVE MY MOBILITY SEAT?
For those who park their vehicle at the Spinale car park, the mobility service to/from Vallesinella is included in the ticket. The parking ticket entitles you to one round trip/return on the Vallesinella Express service for each passenger in the vehicle, which can be used on the same day. To book the service free of charge, you must make a reservation for the Spinale car park and the Vallesinella Express service on the same day and enter the discount code shown in the ticket in the appropriate field of the online platform.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES FOR OWNERS OF PARCOKEY AND DOLOMEET GUESTCARD?
These cards give free access to all parking lots of the Park (Val Genova, Vallesinella, Patascoss, Val di Fumo), to all mobility services offered respectively in Val Genova, Madonna di Campiglio (Patascoss, Vallesinella, Campo Carlo Magno, Zeledria) and Val di Fumo, and the Case del Parco. For car parks and shuttles is always recommended booking.
For DoloMeet Guest Card holders: simply enter the code of your DGC on the online shopping platform to reserve your parking space free of charge in the car parks.
For owners of ParcoKey (reserved to the Guests of the participating Structures, not purchasable): it will be enough to enter the code (in form PK00000) issued by the host structure within the online shopping platform to be recognized as holders of the Card and then reserve your parking space free of charge in all the car parks of the Park. In case of need or support mobility@pnab.it.
I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD, IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE THE SERVICES ON SITE?
Yes it is possible to purchase the services on site, subject to availability. In particular for the purchase of parking you can directly contact the staff of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, while for mobility services at the information offices of the Company for Tourism, the Pro Loco of Carisolo, Caderzone Terme and Spiazzo, the info offices of S.A. Mavignola and Breguzzo. For the mobility services of Madonna di Campiglio also at the ticket offices of the cable cars of Madonna di Campiglio, the CCM Store and Residence Rio Falzè.
DOES THE RESERVATION SYSTEM PROVIDE A RECEIPT TO BE PRESENTED BY THE USER TO THE STAFF RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BLOCKING STATIONS IN THE VALLEY?
Yes, the purchase of a seat or parking space is confirmed by sending a receipt that states the name, surname, day, service purchased and reference area. All purchasers (including card and subscription holders), in the case of online purchases, are required to print the purchase document and display it on the dashboard in a way that is clearly visible to the operators of the Park.
The ticket can also be shown online, directly from your smartphone, if you have access to the parking area or the shuttle bus services during the operators' opening hours.
IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER, IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE PARKING TICKET ON THE SAME DAY?
No, it is not possible to change the date by making a request under date or the same day of validity of the ticket, or the refund of the ticket. We are well aware that a visit to our valleys is much more pleasant on good weather days, but it is also true that as these are outdoor trails the variability of weather conditions is part of our normality. Our local operators will be able to advise you on the most suitable routes and activities, even in case of rain or unstable weather.
However, we always remember to approach all the excursions carefully and with suitable footwear.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESERVE THE PARK’S SHUTTLES FOR LARGE GROUPS?
Regarding the internal mobility of Madonna di Campiglio and Vallesinella organized groups can contact Madonna di Campiglio Tourism Company at least 48 hours before to check the availability of the service: info@campigliodolomiti.it.

WHAT ARE SLOW MOBILITY DAYS AND WHEN?
They are every Tuesday in July and August from 09.30 to 15.00 and on two specific dates: Friday 18 July and Friday 22 August, always from 09.30 to 15.00. The road of Vallesinella will be closed to vehicle traffic to give way to forms of "soft mobility", human-scale, to discover the territory on foot and by bike. Only by moving slowly can you enjoy the landscape in a complete and profound way.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSPORT ANIMALS?
The passenger may bring with him, free of charge, lap dogs and small pets that, due to their size, can be comfortably carried by the accompanying person.
Larger animals are allowed for transport if space is available and the corresponding ticket price is paid for them (excluding guide dogs for blind and deaf people, who travel free of charge).
In both cases the animals travel under the responsibility of the accompanying person who must take all precautions and equipment necessary to avoid causing harm or disturbance to the travelers. In particular for dogs are prescribed muzzle and leash not longer than 1.5 meters, both mandatory for all dogs regardless of the size of the same (alternatively special carrier).
