Discover the two experiencial pathways in Spiazzo Rendena, which invite you to stop and think and to be in contact with yourself and nature.
It is an invite to walk slowly and to reflect among art, literature and landscape.
An old mule track - in local dialect called "salagada" - that leads you from the village to the "Teggia" area in Fisto has been restored. It invites you to listen to nature, to see the natural and human landscape around you, to grasp the messages of art and literature.
In the past, the cobbled streets built during the centuries with skill and hard work, started from the villages to reach, at the middle altitudes of the mountain, the mountain pastures and mountain huts. Along these streets you can see huge chestnut trees and old dry stone walls, built to enclose the animals during the transhumance, that inspired the creation of some artistic works in cor-ten steel with aphorisms of great thinkers.
The pathway starts from the mail square of Spiazzo and, passing through the ancient area of Fisto, comes back after a relaxing hour of easy walk suitable for everybody. See the map of the pathway.
The wood is a magic place, where everything takes shape. Between centuries-old chesnut trees and dry stone walls, an easy pathway in the wood is studded with wooden works of art realized in several years of Symposium of Sculpture. An experince not to be missed.
The village of Borzago is studded with sculpture panels dedicated to the topic of rurality and other panels on the walls of the houses along a very suggestive artistic pathway.
The pathway starts from the area of Borzago and continues above the village. It is an easy walk, relaxing and suitable for everybody.
