This delicatessen was founded in 1947 as a small butcher-delicatessen and milk shop which the founders, the Gasperi brothers, opened right under their home. Today, the company still makes those same products — such as exquisite flavoured lard, rolled pancetta or fresh and aged salami — but it has also specialised in the production of carne salada, speck and many other typical products from Trentino and beyond. There is a vast assortment of wines, grappas, porcini mushrooms, honey and more, in a triumph of handcrafted aromas and flavours that bring the best of Val Rendena to your table.
