Carne salada, speck and many other local products from Trentino and beyond, in a shop established in 1947 as a small home butcher shop.

This delicatessen was founded in 1947 as a small butcher-delicatessen and milk shop which the founders, the Gasperi brothers, opened right under their home. Today, the company still makes those same products — such as exquisite flavoured lard, rolled pancetta or fresh and aged salami — but it has also specialised in the production of carne salada, speck and many other typical products from Trentino and beyond. There is a vast assortment of wines, grappas, porcini mushrooms, honey and more, in a triumph of handcrafted aromas and flavours that bring the best of Val Rendena to your table.

Opening and closing times

  • January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00
  • Thursday from 08:30 to 12:30
  • Saturday from 15:00 to 19:00
