Salad meat, speck and many other typical products from Trentino and beyond, in a shop founded in 1947 as a small home butcher shop.
This salumificio was born in 1947 with a small butcher-salumeria and milk resale opened right below the house by the founders, the Gasperi brothers. Today the company still produces the products with which it was born - such as exquisite flavoured lard, rolled bacon or fresh and seasoned salami - but it has also specialized in the production of salted meat, speck and many other typical products from Trentino and beyond. Wide range of wines, grappa, porcini mushrooms, honey and more, in a triumph of aromas and flavours of artisanal production that bring the best of Val Rendena to the tables.
