Forests rich in life
The woods of our region are a true paradise for mushroom enthusiasts. Among spruces, beeches, and fragrant clearings, you can find many prized species such as porcini, chanterelles, false chanterelles, and parasol mushrooms, spontaneous gifts of Alpine nature that bring intense and genuine aromas to the table. Every harvest tells the story of the richness of our ecosystems and the changing of the seasons.
The flavour of the forest undergrowth
Mountain mushrooms, with their characteristic aroma and fleshy texture, are perfect for enhancing traditional dishes or simply sautéed in a pan, bringing out the authentic essence of the forest.
Mushroom picking is permitted from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a limit of 2 kg per person per day, which may be exceeded only if a single mushroom weighs more than that.
