24th edition of the High-Altitude Cultural Festival
The High-Altitude Cultural Festival returns for its 24th edition, sweeping – like the wind – across different languages and disciplines to encourage reflection against the backdrop of ‘Stormy Peaks’, a metaphor for a turbulent contemporary world.
The mountains are not merely silent witnesses: the festival’s events offer an opportunity to continue thinking, discussing and exchanging views, even in the midst of a storm.
