A weekend dedicated to rurality, zero-kilometre gastronomy and the rediscovery of local farming culture.
Malga cheese is a typical product of the Valle del Chiese, made at high altitudes (1500-1800 m) with freshly milked raw milk. Natural grazing and the care of the farmers give the cheese unique qualities: personality, flavour and digestibility, ideal in combination with polenta di Storo, red meat or melted cheese.
During the event, the protagonist will be the cattle show, together with the mowing competition, the “junior cattleman” competition and the many activities for adults and children proposed by Mondo Contadino.
